Phil Sharp is hands-down the best realtor I have ever worked with. He worked with myself and my wife every step of the way through the process, from house-hunting to final signing. Phil always gave us honest and unbiased answers and opinions to all our questions, no matter how it would impact his ability to profit from any transaction with us. He provided intuitive insight, valued direction, and in-depth local knowledge to the process that was tailored to fit our unique personal tastes, financial situation, and safety needs. Phil and his wife also provided a personal touch to the process that made it as though we were working with a family member versus an agent who only cared about their profit margin from our purchase. We are extremely satisfied with the location, style, accessibility, and comfort of the home Phil found for us. The price was negotiated to our satisfaction and the closing was made painless.
